Position: LZ Controller

Employer: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc.

Location: Hurlburt Field

WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management, engineering, logistics, and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The Mission Rehearsal Training Landing Zone Controller provides specialized training of combat-ready SOF in support of covert, clandestine, and contingency operations with SOF mobility, ISR, and Strike as part of a Mission Rehearsal Training Team. Training sites include, but are not limited to, dirt landing zones, military installations, and commercial and/or municipal airports. Supported aircraft includes PC-12, C-145, C-146, MC-130, and CV-22 tilt-rotor aircraft. This full-time position is located at Hurlburt Field, FL and is contingent upon contract award.

Position: Operations Manager/Flight Standards and Compliance Manager supporting an OCONUS-based manned ISR program.

Leidos is the Lead Systems Integrator for manned aircraft providing imagery and multi-source data for both real-time and post mission analysis. The Site Lead/Operations Manager is responsible for leading ISR flight and ground operations OCONUS to maximize mission results, ensure safety of personnel and equipment, and maintain accountability to U.S. government personnel. The Site Lead/Operations Manager reports directly to the Program Manager and maintains direct liaison with Government, Military, and other Contractor representatives.

Specific responsibilities include; managing operational systems and aircraft; establishing and enforcing flight standards and regulatory compliance; ensuring safety of flight, maintenance, and ground operations; providing reports and updates to CONUS staff; maintaining operational oversight of staff and equipment; monitoring and tracking flight status; assessing risk and obtaining flight authorization; developing and editing procedures; auditing site for compliance with Government metrics; and other duties as required to ensure responsiveness of the program.

This is a deployed management position and pay is commensurate. Flight hours are authorized to maintain credibility and expertise within the program. Hours may be increased or decreased as needed - while flying is NOT the primary duty, it is required and DHC-8 type will be provided, if required. This position is ideal for a mature leader (former military or government contractor) who desires extended time off (when not deployed) who is willing to deploy for up to 90 days (consideration will be given to returning seasoned military/contractor pilots to flight status who have not flown recently).

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline with 8-12+ years of relevant military flight operations and/or aerial ISR experience.
• Experience as a rated military pilot (or contractor equivalent); Minimum of 1200 hours experience as PIC in multi-engine aircraft (must possess Commercial or Air Transport Pilot Certificate).
• Proven contractor and/or military leadership experience – preference will be given for experience managing/leading operations in support of DOD or Other Government Agencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be willing to deploy for rotations of at least 90 days with 90 days off during non-rotation periods (live anywhere).
• Be able to obtain a passport to travel internationally.
• Be willing to travel for long periods of time, work long hours and/or non-regular hours with minimal notice.
• Possess a minimum active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Be willing to fly in the aircraft for extended times and work in Hardship and Hazardous locations
• Have or be able to obtain a FAA Class II medical certificate or military equivalent.
• Be able to successfully accomplish the CONUS Replacement Center course which requires a deployment physical, immunizations and training.

• Former Military Instructor Pilot or Civilian Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)

Position: Test Engineer Air Crew Mission Planning- F-15 or F-16 Aircrew
Location: Florida, Shalimar
Clearance: Secret

We are currently looking for a Flight Data Test Engineer/Technician for MacB's contract support to the 28 Test and Evaluation Squadron.

The successful candidate shall develop, maintain, and execute test plans for Air Force Mission Planning Systems, including the development of test methodology and support software (if needed). This is accomplished by conducting Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) of Air Force Mission Planning Systems (MPS) using force development evaluations in varying levels, ranging from robust force evaluations to "quick looks" (for minor changes). Employee will provide support to the customer on MPS improvements, Life Cycle Upgrades, and Operational Flight Plan (OFP) testing as needed. Emphasis is on Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) and Portable Flight Planning System (PFPS) initial fielding and Life Cycle Upgrades in the following supported aircraft: F-15 or F-16.

Additionally, the successful candidate shall prepare an Operational Assessment (OA), Early Operational Assessment (EOA), Concept of Test Brief (COTB), Joint Charters, OSD briefs, Combined Readiness Reviews (CRR), detailed Final Reports (FREP), plans, and Release Recommendations (RR). Final reports and release recommendations will list any major problems found during testing and will be input into the discrepancy report (DR) data base as required.

The successful candidate will provide test item configuration control functions over software, hardware, and documentation, and will provide and maintain data for internal and test management systems, and will coordinate with Flight Performance Model (FPM), Platform Integration (PI), and Take-off and Landing Data (TOLD) Follow-On OT&E/Validation Test Engineers, as needed.

Must have a U.S. Government Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Ability to Travel approximately 5-10%
Preferred 5 years operational experience in F-15 or F-16 fighter aircraft and 10 years of flight currency at time of hire.
Former F-15 or F-16 aircrew with fighter/attack experience. Thorough and recent knowledge of, and experience using, aviation mission planning system(s).
Flight Test experience (desired).

The Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge (ECWR), a vibrant, growing regional wildlife rehabilitation and educational non-profit is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic non-profit leader, fundraiser, marketer and communicator as its Executive Director (ED). This self-motivated person will develop resources sufficient to ensure the financial health of the organization through grant research, writing and application; recruiting and relationship growth with partners, members, sponsors, and donors through personal contact, direct mail, telemarketing, mass email and other vehicles to ensure financial support of organization rehabilitation and educational activities; planning and execution of fundraising events; stewardship, oversight, and maintenance of corporate, foundation, and individual files on donors and prospects; development and implementation of a comprehensive capital campaign to fund ECWR relocation, construction, and development efforts; plan and execute a membership campaign to ensure operational costs are met and resources support world-class animal rehabilitation and educational efforts. 

Possessing exceptional communications skills, this person reports directly to the President and Chairman of the Board, and works with Board and staff on strategic planning and community outreach, ensuring the organization maintains a highly visible profile within the community by cultivating relationships with local media outlets: prepares press releases and arranges promotional opportunities on behalf of the president, and serves as ECWR's primary point of contact to the organization's donors, the media and the general public. The ED develops, implements, and manages marketing and other communications efforts via website, advertising, press releases, newsletters, and social media to strengthen ECWR's financial position in support of rehabilitation and educational efforts.

This charismatic leader is responsible for effective administration of all ECWR wildlife rehabilitation operations to include compliance with federal, state and federal requirement; the hiring, training, management/leadership, supervision, and retention of a very competent and qualified medical staff; strategic planning and implementation; review of contracts; use of technology to maximize productivity of the organization and staff. The Director has overall financial responsibility for all financial aspects of the org, to include all QuickBooks entries, statement reconciliation, payment of sales tax, and payroll accuracy. Leads, manages, trains, and motivates a significant volunteer population to accomplish org wildlife rehabilitation, educational, and fundraising events.

Finally, this gifted educator will develop, establish, promote and execute community outreach programs that enhance ECWR's educational mission by conducting educational events at schools, special events, and civic meetings, and will recruit and train professional educators to conduct youth summer camps, and will recruit, oversee, and manage high school, undergraduate and graduate interns for across the nation.

- Energy, vision, effective communications skills, self-motivation, and non-profit leadership/experience allowing largely unsupervised accomplishment of the organization's mission
- Certified Fund Raising Executive or Professional with extensive fundraising experience with a non-profit organization.

- Familiar with federal, state, and local regulatory compliance and permitting in wildlife rehabilitation
