The charitable IRA rollover legislation allows you to transfer gifts up to $100,000 or less using funds from your individual retirement account (IRA) without undesirable tax effects.
The IRA charitable rollover is a tax-smart gift option that lets you make the most of your legacy and witness the benefits of your generosity to the Air Commando Foundation.

Consider giving if:
~ You are age 70½ or older at the time of the gift.
~ You transfer up to $100,000 directly from your IRA. This opportunity applies only to IRAs and not other types of retirement plans.
~ You transfer the funds outright to one or more qualified charities, such as the Air Commando Foundation. The legislation does not permit direct transfers to charitable trusts, donor advised funds, charitable gift annuities or supporting organizations.
~ You make your gift by Dec. 31.

Read more on this wonderful opportunity to give back to the Air Commando community, at the official IRS website.
