2024 ACA Convention Schedule

Air Commandos, our 2024 annual convention is held in Fort Walton Beach, FL again. Along with the 2023 Air Commando Hall of Fame induction ceremony we welcome AFSOC 12OAY to the annual awards banquet. The ACA welcomes all Air Commandos and their families: Past, Present, and Future to our annual convention. If you have any questions please email member@aircommando.org or call 850-581-0099.

Ice Breaker: Our early bird social starts at 5:00 pm at The Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach. We will have light hors d’ oeuvres and a cash bar with a casual dress code. The cost is $35 per person. Our Thursday night Ice Breaker is a great way to relax and meet old friends and make new ones.

Heritage Seminar Breakfast: We start Friday off with the Air Commando Association’s Heritage Seminar Breakfast at 8:00 am at The Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach. The cost is $25 per person. AFSOC Leaders will present the annual ACA sponsored AFSOC awards followed by a featured panel guided discussion.
Dress code: Active Duty – Uniform of the Day, Civilian – Business Casual

Memorial Retreat: We will be hosting a memorial retreat at the Hurlburt Field Air Park at 4:00 pm. There is no cost to attend, though we ask you sign up on the registration form so we have an accurate head count. A DoD ID card is required to access the Base. Please email member@aircommando.org if you DO NOT have a DoD ID card.

ACA Open House: We welcome all visitors to the Air Commando Association’s Open House on Saturday, 13 April at 9:00 am – noon. Located at 2502 Hwy 98, Mary Esther, FL. Coffee and assorted baked goods will be available to all. This event is free.

Annual Air Commando Association’s Award Banquet: We will be honoring the 2023 Air Commando Hall of Fame inductees and AFSOC 12OAY awards at the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Social hour starts at 5:30 pm and dinner begins at 6:30 pm. Cost is $75 per person and cash bars will be located throughout the venue.
Dress code: Active Duty – Service Dress, Civilians – Semi-formal.
